These terms govern your use of Collabex (collabex.co), an academic project management platform. By creating an account you agree to them.
Collabex helps students and instructors plan, distribute, track, and review academic project work, including AI-assisted features. The service is provided as-is while in active development; features may change.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the work you submit. Accounts are personal — do not share logins or impersonate others.
Collabex records AI conversations and estimates AI assistance on coursework so instructors can review it. By using the platform for coursework you consent to this visibility for your instructors. Using Collabex to misrepresent authorship of work violates these terms and your institution's policies.
Do not misuse the service: no unauthorized access, scraping, harassment, unlawful content, or attempts to bypass task-ownership or integrity features.
You keep ownership of the documents and presentations you create. You grant Collabex the rights needed to store, sync, and display them to you, your project team, and your instructors as the product functions require.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collabex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost coursework — keep local exports of critical work.
